Feb. Newsletter (DTS STAFFING)

Our whole school!!

Hello everyone that I miss dearly!

It has been such a wild month of breakthrough, revival, laughter, crying and so much more. This month we had 3 lecture weeks so far.

• Character and Nature

• Hearing Gods Voice

• Father Heart

This DTS there are 4 tracks that the students signed up for; mountain biking, worship, sports, and arise. I am helping to lead out the "Arise track".  Arise track aims to help students arise to the fullness of who the Lord created them to be through identity, calling, and destiny. Super fun stuff: we are breaking strongholds and learning more about ourselves and others.

Arise Track:

This month we focused on laying down anything that leads us away from God and picking up vision for the future. We painted, drew, collaged, wrote some poetry to cast some vision for the future.

1-on-1 Discipleship:

At the beginning of this month, we as staff received our 1-on-1's!! Here in YWAM we make sure we are valuing the individual and regularly meeting for 1-on-1 discipleship. It's so the students feel comfortable processing with a trusted staff and friend.

Baptisms:

This month we had 8 students baptized this month!! These students have made a declaration that NOTHING will stand in the way of walking like Jesus!

Volunteer:

This last month we had some great opportunities to serve and evangelize in the community of Queenstown.

Serving all day at a local marathon,

We talk and pray with people every Tuesday and made free pancakes and Chai for people in town.

There will be more about outreach in a later newsletter, but we are so excited to continue to see God move in the nations.

I also just wanted to say thank you all SO MUCH for your financial support while I am out on this mission. God has truly blessed me with a community that will support me.

I ask that you continue to pray for me and the students for more of a deeper intimacy with the Lord and prayer for moldable hearts. I am applying for my working holiday visa that will be $465 USD and doctor visits for that visa (estimated $300 USD). I know the Lord will provide all that I need for these extra expenses and I have full faith in the Lord. If you would like to help, you are always welcome :)
